I'm Lauren, and I run this growing operation out of my brand new bakery space in Hudson! (Yay!) Previously this was run out of my home, then a great warehouse space, and thanks to people like you it has grown enough to have us believing that my dream of a cafe bakery is close enough to touch now. So a huge thank you to you! We hope to be welcoming guests into our new cafe come spring of 2026. A little of my backstory, the first dozen years, or so, of my career I had the opportunity to work in some of the best restaurants and bakeries Cleveland has to offer. During that time I busted my tail, working hard to perfect my craft and build relationships with other industry members. Black Sheep is the ever-growing product of all that work and community building. Community along with butter are some of my biggest passions. 

 

It's my opinion that often the best things in life are the simplest, and what could be more simple than baking a little love into this world?
