I'm Lauren, and I run this little operation out of a shiny new production space!! (Yay!) Previously this was run out of my home, and thanks to people like you it has grown enough to warrant a larger separate space. Over the last dozen years, or so, I've had the pleasure of working in some of the best restaurants and bakeries Cleveland has to offer. During that time I've busted my tail, working hard to perfect my craft. Black Sheep is the ever-growing product of all that work. 

 

It's my opinion that often the best things in life are the simplest, and what could be more simple than baking a little love into this world?
